News will celebrate the season with a series of special features geared for the avid outdoor photographer - encompassing the tips, techniques, and equipment to capture the majesty of the season, plus some spectacular examples of the finest fall foliage images from our readers.

Darwin Wiggett’s Autumn Adventures will inspire readers to hit the trail in pursuit of the perfect image, revealing secrets for better cool weather photos.

Peter Burian will present a selection of the newest gear for the outdoor photographer, with special attention to tripods, bags, and accessories.

Peter will also focus on the latest developments in digital printing, with tips for setting up your monitor to match the output from your printer, and a wealth of information to help readers produce the finest possible prints at home.

For those who prefer to spend the chilly Canadian autumn indoors, we will provide a special feature on portrait photography technique, with lighting and posing tips appropriate for the enthusiast and aspiring professional readers.

Our travel specialist, Dr. Wayne Lynch, will take us on safari to the Serenghetti - just in time to book a trip to escape the winter weather!
